Economy Shipping is free for eligible UK deliveries and normally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping costs £15.00 and normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Including processing, total estimates are 6–11 business days for Economy Shipping and 4–7 business days for Standard Shipping.

8. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for goods remains with Nevaland Toys until delivery into the customer's physical possession or that of an authorised recipient, subject to applicable law.

Eligible products benefit from our 30-day returns policy.
For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation period after receipt, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Change-of-mind return postage is normally the customer's responsibility.
